A glazed door with glazing bars leads on to a hallway with parquet-look flooring and white-painted walls above brown-stained wainscoting. Both rooms have plenty of storage for outerwear and shoes.

The kitchen is large, with a generous fitted kitchen and beautiful views through a large bay window. By the bay window there is plenty of room for a long table that can be laid for social gatherings.

The kitchen units have profiled solid-wood fronts, a few glass-fronted cabinets and a laminate worktop with an inset double sink. Between the wall units and the worktop there are white decorative wall tiles. The kitchen also has an extractor hood, provision for a dishwasher and a recess for a fridge.

On the same level there is a living room with large windows facing the fjord. The room has flooring and walls painted in white and a muted blue. There is plenty of space for a sofa and associated furniture, and access to the large, sunny viewing terrace.

Among other things, the ventilation system was fully upgraded and a heat pump was installed to maintain a stable temperature for chocolate production.

The shop premises were refurbished to comply with the Food Safety Authority's standards, and a new office was also created in connection with the shop. The bakery shop itself and a storage room are on the first floor, while the production area, freezer, cold room, storage room, technical room and a garage are in the lower level. Wealth tax value

The wealth tax value is determined on the basis of a price per square metre calculated by Statistics Norway (SSB). The price per square metre is intended to express an estimated market value per square metre and is based on statistical information about homes sold (home type, area, geographical location and age).

On the basis of Statistics Norway's prices per square metre, the Norwegian Tax Administration (Skatteetaten) sets annual rates per square metre. These rates will amount to 25% of the prices per square metre for primary homes (where the owner is registered in the population register as of 1 January) and 90% for secondary homes (all other homes).
