The property is located in Bukta, a good 4 km from Alta town centre. The location is close to the E6 and has proximity to the harbour and airport.

Alta municipality is "the 15-minute town". Wherever you are in the town, you are almost never more than 15 minutes away – whether it is to the water park, snowmobile trails, ski slope, shopping centre or airport. Roof structures: Flat roof of precast concrete elements, assumed covered with roofing felt. Timber extension covered with
steel sheets.
